Terms & Conditions

General

  • All commissions are for personal use only.

  • Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

  • If the commission is intended for commercial purposes, please let me know in advance. Additional or separate prices will apply.

  • I reserve the right to use the commission for advertising/sample purposes. If you require your commission to not be posted publicly, please let me know in advance.

  • I reserve the right to refuse your commission request for any reason.

Payment

  • Payment must be made upfront. I will only start on commissions after payment has been made

  • Payment will be made in USD through Paypal using invoices.

  • MYR bank transfer is available for Malaysian residents only

  • Partial payment is allowed for commissions worth 80USD or more (please ask me if you require this)

  • No refunds, unless I have not started on the commission at all.

Process

  • I work full-time and work on commissions during my free time, so by default, commissions take A MONTH MINIMUM to be completed. This is a very rough estimate and may take more than that, depending on the commission type/complexity. Please keep this in mind before commissioning me.

  • WiPs are generally not shared for simpler/chibi/YCH commissions.

  • For bigger commissions, WiPs can be provided if you require.

  • Simple edits/fixes are free if they are my own mistakes (eg: something I missed about the design)

  • Once completed, or once sketch has been approved (if applicable) major edits (eg: change of pose, adding a prop) are not allowed.

  • I work best with fantasy-inspired outfits. Please keep this in mind when choosing an OC.

  • ONLY HUMANOID CHARACTERS but features such as animal ears, tails, tiefling horns are OK

  • I work best with more feminine-appearing characters and pretty boy types
